What will you do as a Sales Support Officer?
As a Sales Support Officer, you will support all activities related to the sale of machines and spare parts. You will be involved in reaching sales objectives and providing reliable customer service.
You will work within the Equipment & Spares sales department and help ensure that customers receive accurate information, clear communication and practical follow-up.
Your main tasks include:
- Preparing, sending and following up quotations for existing and potential customers
- Collecting the information needed for quotations, both internally and from suppliers
- Processing customer orders and preparing order confirmations
- Communicating expected delivery times to customers
- Monitoring whether agreed delivery times are met
- Taking action when needed, for example by reminding suppliers or informing customers about delays
- Answering customer questions in a professional and helpful way
- Solving customer issues where possible or referring them to the right colleague within eyetec
- Keeping customer data and other important sales information up to date in Teamleader
- Placing orders and following up the related administration
- Searching for relevant suspects on LinkedIn based on descriptions provided by the sales team
- Supporting reporting on quotations, sales activities and future sales opportunities
- Following up customer satisfaction through feedback moments
- Reporting relevant quotation and sales updates to your manager or direct contact person
- Following up production, delivery and shipment of goods
- Helping to safeguard the reliability of the products delivered to customers by following the applicable procedures
- Correctly documenting product data
- Checking the documentation supplied with orders
- Reporting deviations, supporting investigations and suggesting improvements to help prevent recurrence
- Building and maintaining smooth professional contact with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Helping to create and maintain a culture of partnership
- Carrying out the mission and values of eyetec in your daily work
Experience with Teamleader CRM, sales administration or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

You communicate smoothly and professionally in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
You are customer-focused and enjoy helping customers in a friendly, reliable and practical way.

You are disciplined and comfortable working in an environment where procedures, documentation and accuracy matter.
You have a result-oriented mindset and like to make sure that quotations, orders and follow-ups move forward.
You build professional relationships easily and help maintain a positive culture of partnership with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
You are comfortable using digital tools. Experience with Teamleader CRM, sales tools or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage.
