What will you do as Work Planner?

As Work Planner, you will be the link between projects, the laboratory, processes and the warehouse. Thanks to your preparation and follow-up, colleagues have the right materials, resources and information available when they need them.

• Keep an overview of ongoing projects and support their preparation, execution and follow-up.
• Ensure materials are available on time for laboratory and project activities.
• Prepare laboratory and project materials and ensure they are stored correctly according to applicable requirements.
• Sterilize materials and ensure equipment such as the autoclave and laboratory washer is ready for use.
• Manage stocks of consumables, follow up purchases and maintain the particle library.
• Organize incoming and outgoing shipments and manage material flows.
• Support hands-on laboratory activities where needed and maintain an overview of activities between processes and the warehouse.
• Prepare fine material-specific particles and ensure materials are stored under the correct conditions, for example refrigerated or protected from light.
• Accurately document results and production data in Excel and other systems used within eyetec.
• Actively contribute to the efficient, structured and timely execution of laboratory and project activities.
• Monitor waste flows and the quality of delivered products and services.
• Maintain accurate administration and contribute to eyetec’s mission and values.

Quality is central to your work

You work according to applicable procedures and contribute to the correct implementation and continuous improvement of eyetec’s ISO 9001 quality management system.

• Follow the latest approved versions of procedures and ensure your required training remains up to date.
• Document production data and raw data correctly, completely and traceably.
• Report, initiate and investigate deviations and non-conformities, and propose improvements to help prevent recurrence.
• Initiate and follow up changes.

• You have a practical mindset and enjoy taking a hands-on approach.
• You handle information carefully and are comfortable working with Excel and administrative documentation.
• You think in terms of solutions, take responsibility and are comfortable making well-considered decisions.
• You work in a structured way, follow procedures and processes, and actively contribute ideas for improvement
• Experience in a laboratory, production, logistics or GMP environment is a plus.
• Experience with quality procedures and documentation is an advantage.
