CCIT Samples are created to deliberately identify leaks. Leak tests establish machine sensitivity and prove pharmaceutical filling equipment efficacy.
Our certified CCIT Samples feature micron-sized pinholes created using cutting-edge laser technology. We can create and certify pinholes ranging from < 5 micrometers to 1 mm, at any desired location, in various types of glass, plastic aluminium, rubber or metal components. Our services cater to a wide range of containers such as vials, bottles, tubes, blisters, ampoules, cartridges, syringes, pouches, aerosol canisters and other types of sterile or non-sterile containers, including those used in the cosmetics industry.
